Assistance Funding for Monthly Book Bill
GELF has available short-term assistance funding for IL county programs that are unable to pay the monthly book bill. A 90-day notice of anticipated need is required, along with submission of the Assistance Funding application and related documents. GELF staff will work with your IL leadership team to develop a sustainable funding plan while your county IL program is on assistance.
