Participate in the "Got Caught Reading" Social Media Challenge (Imagination Library Week 2016)

It is Imagination Library Week! Help us celebrate and spread the word! “Get Caught Reading” an Imagination Library book on social media to raise awareness of early childhood literacy and the joy of sharing books with children. Here's more information on how you can participate in the “Got Caught Reading” Social Media Challenge in honor of Imagination Libary Week 2016. Be sure to like our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram and Twitter for higlights from the campaign.

WHEN?

  • Post any time after noon on Sept. 19th. Feel free to post multiple times from Sept. 20th Sept. 24th.

WHERE?

  • Social Media—Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

WHAT?

  • Post a picture of you reading an Imagination Library book or another children’s book yourself or to a child, class of students, group of people, etc. with text about Tennessee’s Imagination Library and Imagination Library Week

POST REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must reference Imagination Library Week and our early childhood literacy mission
  2. Must include a Call to Action (help us get books in the homes of all TN children, enroll children in your community into Tennessee’s Imagination Library, support your local Imagination Library, etc.)
  3. Must include a photo of you reading with or without children
  4. Must include link to our website (www.governorsfoundation.org) or certain pages of our website
  5. Must include specified hashtags: #GotCaughtReading #TNImaginationLibraryWeek
  6. Must tag multiple friends and/or supporters and their Facebook pages in the post, asking them to “Get Caught Reading”
